Welcome to TaskLink Platform. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws, whether or not you are registered or subscribed.
Chapter One: Definitions
- The Platform: TaskLink platform owned and operated by Al Sharq Technical Solutions W.L.L., registered in the State of Qatar.
- User: Any natural or legal person using the platform, including clients, service providers, employees, or CV owners.
- Rights and Obligations Protection System: Rules established to protect user rights and regulate obligations.
- Client: Any person or entity requesting services through the platform.
- Service Provider: Any person or entity providing services in return for a fee.
- Order: An electronic agreement concluded through the platform.
- Commission: Percentage deducted by the platform for mediation or transfer services.
- Subscription: Access to the CV database for a defined period.
- Employee: An individual selected through the platform for client work.
- Technical Service: IT-related services including development, maintenance, and support.
- Outsourcing: Full-time or part-time staffing managed by the client or platform.
- CV Owner: A person who uploads their CV for recruitment purposes.
Chapter Two: Scope of Application and Platform Use
- These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement enforceable under Qatari law.
- Service descriptions and platform policies form an integral part of these Terms.
- Users under 18 may only use the platform under legal guardian supervision.
- Violation of intellectual property or trademark laws is strictly prohibited.
- Users agree to receive system-generated emails and verification communications.
- Content is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy or availability.
- Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
- Personal data may be used for service delivery and identity verification.
- Personal information will not be disclosed except as required by law.
- Credit card data is not stored without user consent.
- Terms may be amended at any time; continued use implies acceptance.
- If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable.
Chapter Three: Copyrights and Trademarks
All platform content, including text, graphics, software, and designs, is the exclusive property of Al Sharq Technical Solutions W.L.L. and protected under Qatari intellectual property laws.
Chapter Four: Disclaimer of Liability
The platform shall not be liable for damages arising from errors, service interruptions, data loss, viruses, or failure to complete procedures, whether direct or indirect.
Chapter Five: Service Regulation and Fees
First: Technical Services
- The platform acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers.
- An 8% commission is deducted from the service provider upon project completion.
- Refunded amounts are credited to the client wallet.
- Platform responsibility ends after acceptance, 10 days without dispute, or arbitration.
- External agreements outside the platform are not the platform’s responsibility.
Second: Outsourcing Services
- Remote – Client Managed: QAR 1,000 database access, valid for 30 days.
- Remote – Platform Managed: Fees paid monthly or per contract cycle.
- On-Site Work: Fees paid at the beginning of each cycle.
Third: CV Subscription
- Subscription fees are payable in advance.
- Subscriptions may be suspended for violations without refund.
- No responsibility for recruitment outcomes or CV accuracy.
Chapter Six: Electronic Payment
- Advanced payment systems are used, but security cannot be guaranteed.
- The platform is not responsible for fraud or hacking incidents.
- All bank transfer fees are borne by the user.
Chapter Seven: Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Al Sharq Technical Solutions W.L.L. against all losses resulting from violations or unlawful platform use.
Chapter Eight: Legal Obligations of Users
- Compliance with Qatari laws and regulations.
- Legal authority to enter into agreements.
- Authorization when acting on behalf of an entity.
- Acceptance of services on an “as-is” basis.
- Compliance with the Rights and Obligations Protection System.
Chapter Nine: Account Suspension
- False or misleading information
- Service misuse or illegal activities
- Multiple accounts
- Confidentiality or IP violations
- Harmful behavior toward the platform or users
Chapter Ten: Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved amicably where possible. Otherwise, courts of the State of Qatar shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and Qatari law shall apply.
